I wanted to learn about closure of suspended accounts. I made another account for conveying my queries to Upwork Support Team but my accounts were suspended and I could not regain access to the old one but the new one also got suspended. I had no choice but to make another account as I could not even log into my gmail account. I just regained access to the old and the new accounts and thus conveying my issues here.
