Upwork TimeLog issue

Hi Respected there,

Most of the time when i start working on hourly, and unfortunately when the timelog takes screenshot ,at that time i just refresh my screen or doing or searching something in my laptop i-e listining to a music or changing it.

I think the screenshot will effect client , may be he thinks that the freelancer is wasting time.

How to resolve this issue.

Well if the screenshot shows that you're not doing the work you are supposed to be doing, you should delete that segment because the client can dispute it anyway. Maybe think about pausing your contract every hour or so so that you can change your music on your own time.

I would delete any screenshot that showed that I wasn't working on the client's job.

No, you won't get paid for that segment if you delete it but you weren't working on the client's job. So it looks like you were doing something else. It's better to have that deleted from the work diary than for them to see that and think that you were charging them to listen to music. It just looks bad.
