Upwork Tracker cannot be installed

Hi team,

Kindly assist. I've been installing and uninstalling and installing again Upwork Tracker for quite a few times already. It is not allowing me to install it completely. Only the Terms of Agreement is showing then it is not loading anymore. Please help. I am using Wiindows.
