On your web portal login screen, the 'hint' text window for the 'CAPTCHA'  actually covers the display of what needs to be entered. See attached. 

IMO - you should disable the 'hint' on this field since it is never the last one you entered anyway. You might also add a little padding just in case the hint shows on error.
