I opened a ticket with the Help Center almost two weeks ago. I got an initial courtesy reply from a staff member but since then my inquiries are unanswered.
What course of action do you suggest?
I see you have two tickets open currently and the team updated one of them yesterday. I'll follow up with them and we'll make sure all tickets are replied to or merged if they are about the same issue.
You can check your Reports> Transactions for the payment support agent was referring to.
