Hi, my wife's upwork account was randomly blocked/suspended she did nothing wrong it says that they would have sent us an email explaining why it was blocked/suspended but we did not even receive that. We then tried contacting live chat but we just get put through to a bot and not a real person. Tried sending emails but got no response, can someone here help ASAP. Thanks
