One of my friend on this platform asked me to resolve this issue.
The problem is like following.
His financial account has been suspended, so he contacted support team and got ID verification message from Upwork ID verification team.
Since that, it has been 2 days, but the account status has been not updated and it has been in suspended status.
He contacted support team again 10 hours ago.
At that time, there were 2 opened tickets including new tickets on his requests.
For now, he can't contact support team since the url is redirected.
Please let me know what the problem is or you guys help him.
As I am a newbie on Upwork, I can't give any assistance to my friend.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to discuss another user's account status here in the public Community or with other users. Please, refer your friend to the notification they received from Upwork team about their account suspension for more information.

As I said, he couldn't contact your support team since the URL was redirected.
There is no way to contact you for him.
Finally, he decided to call your customer support team.
Is his decision correct?
