Upwork app Problem

Hello I can't finish installing my Upwork Desktop app. I don't know why. I already run it as administrator but it doesn't work. Thank you. I really need your help.

Just to clarify, the installation bar is stuck as you`ve shared on your screenshot, correct? Could you also confirm your operating system as well? Thank you.

Thanks for the response. It really looks like that. The installation will
stock only that part in the installation bar.

Hi Riza Gen,

Could you please uninstall all versions you currently have on your system, making sure to delete any installations folders? Once you complete this you can redownload and reinstall the latest version.
