Upwork charges exceed 20 % from my client

Dear Upwork,

I have recently completed a 200$ job. As a freelancer, I've received 160$ (after 20% Upwork cut). However, my client claims, Upwork has charged her 266$.

Kindly clarify, why charges are more than 20% for my client, the total amount should be 240$ instead of 266$.

Your client was charged $200 US Dollars plus the 3% payment processing fee (So only $206 US Dollars).

ALL charges on Upwork are in US Dollars, your client is in Canada and may have thought they would be charged in Canadian Dollars.

No. Why $240?? There is no $240... Where do you get that idea from? The amount should be and was $200 + 3% US Dollars.
