Upwork connects didn't receive

Greetings! I am using free basic plan on my upwork profile. My billing cycle was 8 june to 7 July. And its 9 of July and i couldn't receive any connects yet. Kindly sort this out i couldn't place bids just because of that.

My current billing cycle is from Jun 8, 2021, to Jul 7, 2021. Today is July 10 but still, now I haven't got my free 10 connects yet.
