I have a complaint about a personnel working in Upwork customer support department named **Edited for Community Guidelines**.
She doesnt know how to do her job in a complete way. She is wasting my time through useless emails where I am trying to explain through facts and tangible evidence in order to show her all possible solutions; in other words, I am doing her job where she is not doing the slightest effort in research, trial and errors or best practices.
I wish I can contact her senior manager, or anyone more competent and conscientious then her as I need to post a certain credentials on my profile and she is causing a big delay.
