Upwork desktop is not tracking hours properly

Hi, i can't add hours manually and also upwork clock is not tracking hours  for my two projects. But for other two its doing perfectly.

Are the contracts active - have manual time enabled, are not paused or suspended or on hold and have already started?

one contract enabled the time but the other one is not.  Even upwork clock is not tracking my hours automatically for those 2 projects.
