Hey UpWork Support Team,
With immense regret and sorrow, I’d like to bring it to your attention that my UpWork direct contract has been suspended. I never violated any of the UpWork policies or community guidelines ever.
I’m a professional graphic designer and this is my onlyI tried to contact support before but received no response. I tried to make a call and talked to your representative and he informed me that I’ll receive a response on my account suspension issue within 24 hours, but I did not receive any response on it while more than 72 hours have passed.
I appeal to all the UpWork support authorities to at least let me know the reason on what ground my direct contract was suspended. This is my only channel to win my bread and butter.
Please check and resolve the issue.

If a contract has been suspended, the client needs to fix it.
Your account doesn't appear suspended.
I think you are confusing a few things here.
