Upwork does not release my money though my Milestone was paid by the client more than twoo weeks ago

My last Milesstone was paid on April 20 and more than two 5days security periods have passed but my balance is still $0.00. I cannot get in touch with Upwork Support Team. What shall I do?

Hi Xenia,

I checked your account and it looks like there is only one milestone that was released on the 20th of April which is for contract #26875422. Were you referring to that? If so, it looks like you already received those funds on April 25th and withdrew them a couple of days after. For more information, you can check the Reports > Transaction History page.
