Improved payment times for freelancers - it currently takes AT LEAST 14 days to get paid using the most expedient option.

Improving payment processing times would be the #1 way to improve and create value for the website.

Its 2022, time to start paying people like it.

Please do. I think you would be surprised at how many more members would stick around if they did not have to wait 1/2-3/4 of a month to be paid for their work.

Faster payment processing from Upwork is the #1 way to enhance the user experience. Currently, my wait time to receive payment for services rendered (fastest) is approximately 3/4 of a month.

When you reach Top-Rated status you get paid the Thursday directly after the week closes. It's only 5 days.
