Hi upwork, this is the 3rd time I am reaching out to you for a single matter. I have asked Upwork about my fee for working with the same client and earning more than $10k they first said it will still be 5% even you are working under agency as an exclusive I talked to Roberto and then I saw when I accpeted the offer it is charging me again 20% and now Freddie reached out and said it will be 20% not 5%, that's how Upwork policy changes? Please make my Upwork fee 5% before I get paid.

If you worked with the client as an individual freelancer before and now through the agency, it's 20% again. That's all there is to it.
I told you so two weeks ago.... Nothing has changed since. Upwork's policy has always been that way.

And now you are again saying that it will be 20% that's why I have asked you before accepting the contract and I got 2 times confirmation that my fee will be 5% not 20%.

Hi Umair,
I'm sorry about the confusion caused by any information that was shared in the tickets. We'll go over the tickets with the team and make sure everything is clarified.
I would like to confirm here as well that in order to keep the same Service Fee rate as the previous relationship (10% or 5%,) the new contract will have to be between the same freelancer account and client-company. If the new contract is with a new client-company, the fee will start at 20%. If the new contract is through the agency and previous relationship was with an independent freelancer, the fee will also start at 20%.
