Upwork fee

I earned 1000+ $ from one of my client but on this recent payment upwork is still deducting 10% commotion fee. It should be 5% as my earning from that specified client is already more than 1000$.

Upwork's service fee for projects generating $500.01 - $10,000.00 in revenue for a freelancer is 10%, not 5%.
