Upwork fees for direct transfer to my bank

Hi there, 

I read that the withdrawal fees for upwork to transfer to your personal ank account is. $0.99.  However I was charged $15.99 for my transaction!!  ( IS THIS CORRECT?)

I've set up that my payment goes straight to my absa account.

Hi Lola,

I have checked your account and the withdrawal fee charge you're referring to. I can confirm that you've been charged the correct amount ($0.99) for the fee. This part you're looking at on your Transaction History page is your balance that was set aside for your Membership Connects. I hope this clarifies.
