Upwork forgot my profile

Hi,

I just logged into Upwork to review an invitation I received and was asked to enter all my profile information again. The page title is "Create Profile". Why do I have to create a new profile? I already set mine up completely over a year ago and was working since.

Hi Benito,

Is it possible that you have another old account that you have forgot about?  I would also like to confirm that your application was never submitted (from this profile) and everything is working as designed, thank you.
