I try to contact Upwork for several weeks regarding payments (VAT, bank etc. numbers) They do not reply. Anyone a suggestion on how to get them reply?

Maybe I have not phrased my quetion clearly (I did it via the extended
chat).
There are two key questions

- Why is my VAT # not accepted. I checked it against VIES, and the
number was correct

- Why is my IBAN not accepted. I checked it with the bank and according to
them the IBANs are correct
