Hi I live in Rwanda I do work on Upwork and am trying to transfer money from my upwork account to my Paypal account. Everytime I do this the transaction works, my Paypal account is recognised, funds leave my upwork account. However after 2 minutes a rejection email comes back saying the transaction was rejected the transaction. Why is this happening and how do I fix this. I am part of a group of Rwandans trying to use Paypal with upwork. If we cant solve this problem we will not be able to be paid for the work we are doing on upwork.
