Hello everyone,
I am trying to upgrade to plus but Upwork is asking me to use a card although I have money in my account. When I tried to buy connect it worked perfectly. Am I missing something?

Are you receiving any errors on your end? If yes, please share the text of the error you're receiving on your end. I would also suggest to check with your bank if your account is enabled for international transactions or to try and add another billing method. Thank you.

Hi Goran,
It's a big hassle to connect cards from my country as a billing method. I was wondering if there is any way I can directly pay from my Upwork wallet!

Hi Rayhanur,
You can also use your available earnings to pay for Connects or to upgrade to our Plus plan. Simply go to Settings > Membership & Connects and follow the instructions on your end. Thank you.
