Upwork is not working on my laptop

Ive been trying to open upwork on my Dell laptop for months, but it doesn't come up. I use Google Chrome and Firefox.

Tonight,i tried it with internet explorer, but it asked for recaptcha verification which didnt go through eventually. Whenever it gets to the login page, it's either the green button below becomes unclickable or chrome will just shut down,saying chrome is not responding. Other sites work fine with it, but not Upwork. Can someone help me out? Ive checked my internet settings and configurations, but the results are the same.
