Upwork is not working/opening, If I use my new internet connection. It's working fine, if I use my 
old internet connection.

BOTH IN TRACKER AND GOOGLE CHROME.

Actually Internet connection is working really fine, but  when I connect with this new network,  Upwork is not opening. !  and showing that error.

As Pradeep has noted in his post, you should reach out to your internet provider directly and try to troubleshoot this further. They can also check if our website is blocked on their network in any way. Thank you.
