Upwork is procrastinating to pay me

Upwork is not paying my money. I requested withdrawal at february 25th and already 23 days been passed, they made me go through verification process for 3 times when everytime I passed the verification but still they are giving me no confirmation and I am getting no idea if they are even going to pay me. They've suffered me a lot for this. If they wasn't sure if I am a real person with real identity why they even let me work here? And after working hard for months they have no rights to make my life miserable like they are doing right now. I lost my interest working here. Even I couldn't work on the current projects I had because of their behaviour. I just want to know if they are really going to pay me or not and if they are going to pay me then when, that's it! Thanks.

Hi Abdullah,

While we do try and limit the number of times we ask freelancers to verify, we sometimes require verification more than once. This is part of our ongoing effort to keep the Upwork marketplace a secure place for freelancers and clients. Apologies for the inconvenience it may cause.

I can see you were able to update your support ticket with our team today. Please allow some time for our team to review and they will update you directly via ticket as soon as possible.

Thanks!

Hi Andrea,
I can understand that you need to verify more than once but you also have to understand that we freelancers work so hard to earn that money and we withdraw when we really need them. Why holding the money and keep us in uncertain in the name of verification while withdrawing it and why can't you verify as many times you want when someone starts working here? Do any of you have any idea what have I gone through just because you hold that money? And after 23 days I still don't know if I'm even going to get that. Its really unacceptable what you did to me.

So it'll be a month tomorrow and I still have no Idea if I'm going to get paid or not. I'm really impressed realizing how freelancers got treated here. It's really great to have such support from you.
