Upwork is Trying to cheat freelancer privacy with new features like "Get 70 connects and see other's bids"

Nonsense.
It is not a new feature. It's as old as the Plus Plans - Years...
If someone has the Plus plan, they can (only) see the lowest, highest and average bid, but only the price, not who was bidding, which is pretty much irrelevant except for entertainment value, and that ONLY includes bids that have not been archieved, withdrawn or declined.
Until a few years ago everyone could see all bids on job posts, including the person who bid. That was discontinued.
So no need to get all excited.

Even if Upwork were disclosing every bid, I'm not sure OP would have a complaint. They can either choose to participate on the platform or not. One has to have a right to something in order to be cheated out of it. 🤔
I always find it odd that freelancers sign up to use a business service, then immediately begin to look for ways to accuse that business of wrongdoing based not on the business's rules but on the freelancer's own idea of how things should be.
In OP's case, he has presumably been using the platform for several years. Surely anyone could look at his profile and easily determine what he is likely to bid on a particular project.

Hi Taha,
I think they are not showing individual bid and proposal.
They are just showing Minimum Bid, Average Bid, and Maximum Bid. (Just amount)
Thanks
