Upwork job feedback or job delation

Hope you all are making wealth Lol. I join a webinar last week and there they are talking about deleting feedback or job from your list.

So my question is can we delete our feedback and job if but how and we can do this. Is there any effect on our JSS?

Only if you are top rated, and you're not.

As you're not, the only way to "delete" a feedback or job is to fully refund. That wouldn't remove the contract's effect on your JSS.
