Upwork job privacy

Hello everyone,

I am interested in the legal aspects of working on upwork. Is upwork entitled to give third party entities information regarding jobs on upwork ?

For example,

would upwork give information of who the freelancer and client are for a specific job ?

Clients and freelancers have the right to ask for the details of the other party's they are or were in a contractual relationship with only with "good reason."

Third parties would generally have to be a law enforcement agency or similar with the appropriate paperwork (a subpoena, court order etc)
