Hello Everyone!
I am really happy to work at Upwork. I have been associated with Upwork since 2017 but I knew about Upwork even before that.
But I feel missing of an advantage in the upwork message feature. Where all the social media or if we take a look at other marketplaces, we can see that everyone is coming with this feature. I'm talking about message seen or unseen! I think we should have it like everything else. Because many times it is seen that the client is online but is not replying to the message, then we have nothing to do without waiting. If we had realized that the client had seen the message but could not reply due to busyness then maybe we would have been a little relieved. The client would not be confused if he could delete the message or file before viewing the message.
I don't know exactly how much I understand you. I hope the upwork team will take a look at the matter.
