Upwork messages - UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE USER

I can't access messages even though I can browse through my reports, stats, job feed etc. Some help?

Hi Jerry,

 

I just tried and was able to access your Messages. Please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser, and let me know if you are able to view your conversations.

Well it seems I can view my messages on chrome while I can't on the new Brave browser. Why is that?

Hi Jerry,

 

I'm not sure since I haven't used Brave before, so I'm not familiar with its characteristics and possible limitations.

Could you ping the technical team about it? I really want to switch browsers, but I'm stuck with Chrome or the Upwork app for messaging on Upwork, both of which eat into my RAM as if its a free-for-all banquet.

Hi Jerry,

 

Please note that you can use Chrome or any other browser in case you're having problems with the one you mentioned after clearing its cache and cookies.

I am not able to load more jobs due to UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE USER even I Have cleared cache and all of crome browser.

Still facing this issue.

Hi Goran,

Kindly get it fix soon. When I am clicking on 'Load More Jobs' then no more jobs there so I inspect page where I found authetication issue. I have attached screenshot kindly have a look.
