Upwork needs to fix time settings.

Hi everyone, 

If anyone from Upwork technical support is reading this, please take notice.

So yesterday I sent a proposal to a client and the client responded today. Here's the problem:

The client is from Las Vegas. Their timezone appears as GMT +9 in the chat box on phone while it appears as JST on desktop. Right now the time is showing as 4 AM which is incorrect both in GMT +9 and JST. 

When I see visit the client details from job posting page, the time appears to be 1 PM in Las Vegas. Which is again incorrect. A while ago, it messed up AM PM as well as it was showing 12 AM. The actual time in Las Vegas right now is 12 PM.

WHAAAAAT. Is this some kind of riddle I have to solve. Please fix this ASAP. It's creating so much fuss for me. It might be the same on client's end. This makes everything so confusing. FIX THIS ASAP.
