Upwork never sent my temporary password and I cant access my account.

This account Im using I just made so I can get help because Upwork never emailed me back when I filled up the form to retrieve my account.
My device was factory reset and I forgot my password to my email **Edited for community guidelines**. before I can still access my upwork account but to be able to change the email connected to my account I had to fill out a form and I put there the email they supposed to email my temporary password and they never send it to **Edited for community guidelines**. I have never heard back from them. Its frustrating. Please help me!
