Upwork payment never reached my Payoneer

Hello,

I have an issue with transfer of funds from Upwork to Payoneer. I done it once on October 7, 2020 and everything was in order, as the matter of fact in less than an hour funds were at my Payoneer account.

However, when I did the same transaction on December 7, 2020 until present day the transfer didn't go through. My balance at Upwork is reduced for the amount but the funds are not on Payoneer. I tried to submit this issue but I read only after 8 business days Upwork shall investigate and trace the payment. Now since I read here that people with similar problems got assistance earlier than that I reckoned to try and share here. Anyone can help?
