Upwork policy violation warning - "nothing to do on your end" but profile is suspended??

Today I received a support email about a potential account violation (contact info sharing) but after reviewing it they confirmed that there wasn't any wrongdoing so it's just a warning, I have nothing to do on my end:

"What Next?

Your Upwork account is still active, and you don't need to do anything on your end."

Huh what a relief -right? WRONG! When I go to my account, and check my profile, everything looks ok at first glance BUT when I check it's public view, just to be sure everything is good - I see "This profile is no longer available."

So what on earth is going on?? What am I supposed to do??

Check your profile settings. Maybe, it's in the hidden mode.

Nope, it's set to "Upwork users only" but even if I set it to Public, it says no longer available.. The support says they are looking into it now, but this means for 24-48 hours my clients will believe I was deleted, even though even Upwork confirmed they had no reason to suspend me..

Hi Tamas,

I checked and can confirm that your profile is showing publicly. Can you please try again after clearing your cache and cookies?

Since then they did a personal review and turned it on again.
