Basically, unless you used the time tracker, your payment is not protected. If the client wants a refund, they get it and then it is up to you to try to make them pay through the aribitration process.

Your answer sounds as if you're talking about an order that wasn't work at all. That's the norm lately for most of the complaints about not getting paid, or phantom payments being refunded.
