Upwork removed My Top rated batch

HI Upwork community

I got the Top rated Badge last week. My account was stolen by someone(Sep 24, 2021, 6:17 PM GMT+5)  . After that  Upwork suspended my profile. After that i contact with upwork security team

After my identification (id identification)  Upwork released my account Mon, Sep 27 2021

After that my top rated batch has been removed Sep 27, 2021, 3:04 PM

I don't understand why Upwork  did that. Moreover there is no negetive feedback in my any job

i worked hard day and night for three years to improve my  profile

(Top rated baje,93 % and 6k $ earning)

please rocover my top rated staus

The Top-Rated badge is automatically assigned once you meet the criteria listed here. Once you meet the criteria again, the badge will be added to your profile and you will be notified also.

Yes i have recent one account hold

But in taht case (account hold)   someone stole my password 

and email and mislead the Upwork and introduced himself as an owner.

In  upwork  investigation  i was not found guilty and upwork reactivated my acount

But main Question is that

 why was the top rated batch taken back from me when i  not found guilty 

i worked hard day and night for three years to improve my  profile

(Top rated baje,93 % and 6k $ earning)

I'm deeply saddened by the fact that I did nothing wrong but top rated batch have  been taken back from me

please recover my top rated batch
