Hi, I'm just gonna start right away.
I forgot the formatting of my personal question’s answer (I have many variations of 1 phrase as answers on many sites, don't ask). However, when I request a question change, the e-mail was so slow, so when it reached my e-mail account, the request was already invalid.
After a few tries, now it says my account can’t even receive the e-mail and have to wait 48 for support, but even the support e-mail doesn’t arrive.
This has slowed my working process so much. I'm not sure if the guys at Upwork are gonna help me fix this issue at all. Please help.
