What are Upwork's terms after a project ends to work directly with a client? Is there a waiting period?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please clarify if you wish to continue working with your client outside of Upwork? If so we provide the option to do this with a one-time payment of the Upwork Conversion Fee. We call this process “contract conversion.”
