Upwork service responsivenes - too slow. Especially if you try to use mobile app.

1)Your service is very slow when using web. Uploading files can be failed multiple times (100kb!). You have real problems with highload handling.

2)if using mobile app, you can multiple "very slow" from web x10. Also Mobile app really sucks and its just a webview of web. WTF, upwork was so cool service but it seems you technical side fallen down. I built strong profile here and really dont want to leave this platform

Please review atleast you infrastructure to save you position on market.
