Upwork sometimes deduct more than 20% fees

Can someone please let me know why upwork deduct more than 20% fees? Example my last week earning was $533.4 and now pending balance is $421.40.
I'm from India. Is their any other special charges for India except 20% fees.

Hi Saurav,

Apart from the freelancer service fees, TDS is also being applied to client payments to Indian freelancers and agencies. You can check out the Reports page for more information along with this Community thread.
