Upwork status

Hello,

 

I tried a couple of times to send you my Google Ads certificates but I keep getting an automatic response that says my account is not accepted. I completed my profile and it is accepted now. I received the welcome email which says my profile is now live. And just resent you my Google certificates but I received the same automatic email from before. Can you please check my status and why I keep getting these emails?
