Hello Upwork Support,
Today, after trying to load Upwork I've received a message:
"Your access to Upwork has been blocked
We see you are accessing our site from a restricted location.
The US government says we can’t allow users on our site from: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or the region of Crimea.
If your location changes, you can come back at anytime."
So I have no access to my account (with money on balance) and support.
While I'm in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, and as far I understand this city is currently allowed by US government
Could you please check?

I have received support ticket via email, but as I mention I can't reply it because my access to support interface is blocked. And I'm not sure whether my answer by email has reached Support Team.
I have checked everything and the problem is at your end because any IP-service shows that I'm in Saint-Petersburg and not in some restricted location.
I am attaching the screenshot as requested in email.
