Same problem happened on 09.07.21 when Upwork was down.
On that day, there was an announcement on the upwork status page showing this problem. This morning same problem is happening but the status page shows that Upwork is Up.
This morning, desktop app worked fine, took screen shots, but my time for today is not uploading to work diary. So I stopped working just in case.
