Good day! This is the first time that I'm going to receive my salary in Upwork. I clicked "Get Paid" and confirmed everything. My account is from BDO, but when I checked, I still didn't get the money. When will I receive it? Thanks. I really need your help.

Hi Harib Sami,
In general, direct to local bank payments take up to four business days to arrive at your bank.
There is a 12:00pm (noon) UTC cutoff time for same-day processing. After that, transfers will be processed the following business day. Bank holidays in the U.S. or your country can delay your funds.
If there are no issues whatsoever, the money will appear on your bank account on Friday, March 10, or Monday, March 13.

Our payments team can initiate a trace 8 business days after the withdrawal if you have not received your funds. Let us know if you do not receive your funds by Wednesday and we can assist you.

How can I verify that I have correctly put my bank account details? Because Upwork doesn't verify my bank account details when I click Ok. Plus, the Address Fill-in Box is LIMITED on a few letters only? Why?? I put a complete lengthy address when I applied for my BDO debit card and Upwork has only few characters allowed? My fund request was returned to me today, 11 DAYS AFTER I REQUESTED IT, SAYING MY BANK DETAILS ARE WRONG. Why doesn't it veryify and HAVE LIMITED LETTERS FOR ADDRESSES. What about people who put complete lengthy address in their card application like me? What if the reason why my fund request was returned because I CAN'T PUT MY COMPLETE ADDRESS? Why is it like this????

I can see that the team has explained to you in detail why your funds were returned. I would like to confirm that this error is not related to being unable to complete the address in the address box.
I would like to request that you try removing this Payment Method option, and setting it up again, making sure that you were able to input the right account number. Let us know if the issue persists, we'll be happy to help!

Direct to Local Bank transfers usually take between 2 to 5 business days. If this withdrawal still hasn't reflected on your local bank after 8-business days, please reach out to us, or the Customer Support Team directly so that they can issue a trace for you.

If the withdrawal was sent to the wrong account, it will return to your account once the transaction fails, which usually takes from 7 to 10 days. If after 8 business days, it still isn't reflecting on your Upwork account, please get back to us so that we can issue a trace for you. Please make sure to have the right information on your payment method moving forward so that you can receive your withdrawn earnings on time.
