Upwork to MPESA Withdrawal not working

I've been trying to withdraw funds from Upwork to Mpesa the last four days. None of the two transactions has gone through and the funds have not bounced back to my Upwork account. Equity Bank and Safaricom have not sent me any texts either. Please help.
