Hi All, I'm new to Upwork, I know that for PayPal payment method there is a 2% Upwork withdrawal fee. May I know is there any charge on the PayPal side for when receiving this payment? Thank you.

It depends what kind of PayPal account you have: private or business.

Upwork does not have a currency rate, it is PayPal who will charge. All conversion fees come from the banks.

It depends on the type of account and the country.

They do have commercial transaction rates.

For Indian Paypal accounts, the commerical transaction rate is 4.40% + Fixed Fee for the amount received from International buyers. Fixed fee for USD transactions are 0.30 USD.

And as you know, Paypal's bank transfer rates are always less than market rate generally.
