Upwork to Payoneer doesnt work anymore?

I withdrew money to the Payoneer account 2 days ago with an immediate load option but received nothing trying to understand if it's an Upwork or Payoneer issue.

if it's Payoneer is there a way to get money back from Payoneer to Upwork?

I see it in the completed tab but the balance is not affected

You should contact Payoneer then.

I did. the first time they said ill have my money in couple of hours, the second time they said within a day after that they stopped responding.

that's why I ask if there is a way to get money back from Payoneer?
