Transferwise have provided me with my US bank detials..I can't use that details in "Direct to US bank (ACH)" either?

Yes, Transferwise provide US bank Details but you have verified your transferwise account, then transferwise provide you Routing Number and Account number, You have to set it in Get Paid option and verified two transations after that 2-3 days are required to activate the payment option. Then you are able to transfer your amount  in transferwise account free of cost. It will take 1-2 day to receive your amount in transferwise account.
