Upwork took extra fee when I was withdrawing my money. Why?

Hey, guys. Please read the entire message to understand what I mean. I withdraw $177 from Upwork almost 2 days ago. I was doing wire transfer and I understand that wire transfer has $30 dollar fee for making the payment. I have no problem with that fee!

When I sent my money, Upwork took from my balance $30 for fee and $177 of the money that I had to get. 

AGAIN, I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH $30 FEE FROM UPWORK, I UNDERSTAND THE RULES!

But I just got my payment on my bank account and it's only $161. Why is that? Why did it take an extra 16 dollars? I asked my bank if they had any extra fees for wire transfer and they said that they don't. In fact, it's not my first time sending money through wire transfer on Upwork. My first time I was sending $10 to the same bank account and I got the money without any extra fee.

Can someone please explain what is going on because I'm kind freaking out?
