Hi - I'm a new client in Canada, and each time I add my HST number, an email comes a couple days later rejecting it. I'm using the 9 digits as requested, and I know it's correct. Am I not supposed to add this number as a client?
Upworks support can you reach out to me? I also don't know how to create a ticket to get this sorted.

I am having this same issue but I think there is nothing I can do. I own and operate a business that has a GST number; it is not a personal GST number. I guess I can't use my business GST for the work on here as Upwork wants to verify the name is identical.
